What is the first-visit offer?
First visit? Haircut $25 · VIP Experience $35 · Full lineup $10. First-time clients only, with participating barbers shown in Square. The $25 offer is for a haircut only; beard services and eyebrows are not included. VIP Experience is $35. Full lineup is $10; text the shop to arrange that offer. Braids, color and highlights are excluded.
Does the first-visit offer include braids or hair color?
No. The first-visit offer covers haircut and VIP services, plus the separate full-lineup offer. Braids, hair color and highlights are priced separately.
What is included in the VIP Experience?
Haircut, beard lineup & trim, Eyebrows, Deep hair wash & scalp massage, Optional hair or beard enhancement, Hot towel, Face mask & steamer.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel at least 3 hours before your appointment for free. Cancellations less than 3 hours before your appointment cost $15.
What if I miss my appointment?
Missing your appointment costs 50% of the regular service price. This also applies to first-time clients receiving a discount.
What if I am running late?
More than 20 minutes late without a prior arrangement means your appointment is canceled. The fee is 50% of the regular service price, instead of the $15 cancellation fee. Please text ahead.
How can I pay at Arca?
No card or prepayment is required to reserve a regular appointment. Pay at the shop with cash or card. Monthly memberships use a separate recurring payment through Square. See Payment Options for details.
Does Arca have a rewards program?
Ask about Arca Points at checkout and use the same mobile number each time. The Arca Rewards page explains how to check your current balance and available rewards.
How do Arca memberships work?
Choose Fresh, Signature or VIP on our Memberships page. Each includes two visits per paid monthly cycle for one member. Review the terms and authorize recurring payment through Square, then book your visits separately. No rollover or annual commitment.
