Simple terms. A consistent routine.
- Two included visits per monthly billing cycle, for one named member. No sharing or unlimited services.
- Appointments required and subject to each barber’s availability; a preferred time is not guaranteed.
- Renews monthly on your signup date after your authorization. No annual commitment or enrollment fee.
- Cancel future renewals before your next billing date through your subscription link, or text/email Arca. Benefits continue through the paid cycle.
- Unused visits do not roll over. Contact us before the cycle ends if Arca cannot offer an appointment.
- First-visit offers and other discounts cannot be combined with a membership. Extra services are charged at menu prices.
- The shop’s cancellation, no-show and late-arrival policies apply. If a penalty is charged, the unused service credit is not also deducted.
- Taxes, if applicable, and gratuities are separate. Review the final billing terms before payment.
